Return and Warranty

The customer shall be entitled to cancel the Order, return the Goods and receive a full refund , provided that the goods have not been mounted on a rim, fitted on the vehicle and not been driven on.
For an early cancellation, where the goods haven’t left the warehouse, there will be no charge to the customer. Otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and responsible against all and any such costs.
We will not accept returns of items that were returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds for accepted returns or cancellations will be issued to the original form of payment only. Any amount paid for services will not be refunded.Refunds will be made back within 10 working days’ time.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Wheels/Rims once mounted on to the tyre cannot be returned.
Tyres once mounted on to the Wheel/Rim cannot be returned.
Custom forged, custom drilled or any custom built wheels cannot be returned or cancelled at anytime for any reason. All sales are final.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus the restocking fee.


Warranty

The tyres warranty is one year (12 months) from the date of delivery of the tire,The warranty includes any technical or industrial defect, and does not involve road hazards such as puncture, sharp nails, or malfunction.
Warranty for a period 1years from the date of manufacture against workmanship defects. The warranty does not include misuse, exposure to shocks, nails, saws, low air pressure, mechanical defects, cutting with sharp tools, or unregulated wear. Compensation is made on the basis of the remaining depth after inspection.
All tyres available on linge.sa come with their respective Manufacturer Warranty as per their policies.

Manufacturer Warranty

-Under this warranty, all manufacturing defects such as joint issues, thread issue etc. are fully covered.
-In case of any defects, the tyre will be inspected by the manufacturing company and will be replaced by the same.


Unconditional Warranty

-As name suggests; it’s unconditional, hence this warranty covers any damage that may happen to the tyre.
-The tyre is replaced by the manufacturer itself only after the inspection according to the warranty policy of the company.
-Customers get to enjoy Unconditional warranty up to 50% wear or for 1 years from date of purchase, whichever is earlier.


Simple steps to claim your warranty:

1. First, you will need to contact linge.sa with original bill/purchase invoice proof to initiate the process.
2. After that, you will need to provide claim adjustment details as demanded by linge.sa via through your registered mail.
3. Then you can deliver the tyre to linge.sa (freight cost will be borne by us).
4.linge.sa will hand over the claimed defected tyre to the Tyre Manufacturer for inspection and claim processing. Eligibility for coverage under the warranty will be decided by Manufacturer and not by linge.sa.
5. Tyre manufacturers generally adjust claimed tyres on pro-rata basis. In other words, they calculate the amount to be compensated based on remaining tread depth measurement.
6. Claim rejected tyre remains the property of the customer. linge.sa will not be responsible/liable for loss or damage.
7. Claim approved tyre will become the property of the respective tyre manufacturer.
8. All applicable charges and taxes shall be borne by the customer.
9. Any decision made by the respective tyre manufacturer regarding the claim will be sole and final.
